Kingdom Diplomat Training Center
Serving People. Training Leaders. Building Communities.
Kingdom Builder is developing a self-sustaining training campus in Haiti that serves immediate needs — food, healthcare, shelter — while training and equipping local servant leaders to carry the mission forward.
Mission
To serve the people of Haiti by meeting immediate needs for food, healthcare, and shelter while training and equipping local servant leaders to build self-sustaining communities rooted in faith. The end goal is a campus run entirely by Haitian servant leadership.
Seven Campus Centers
- Food & Fellowship Center — Nutritious meals and community gathering (Phase 1)
- Health Center — Healthcare and wellness programs (Phase 1)
- Residential Village — Safe housing for families and leaders in training (Phase 1)
- Daycare — Childcare for parents pursuing education (Phase 1)
- Learning Center — Vocational and educational training (Phase 2)
- Leadership & Events Center — Servant leadership development (Phase 2)
- Wellness & Recreation Area — Whole-person renewal (Phase 3)
Phased Approach
- Phase 1 — Serve Immediate Needs (Years 1–3): Food, healthcare, shelter, childcare. Establish the foundation and identify future Haitian leaders.
- Phase 2 — Train & Equip Leaders (Years 3–5): Education and leadership development for Haitian community members.
- Phase 3 — Sustain & Hand Off (Years 5–7): Local income generation and full leadership handoff to Haitian servant leaders.
By the Numbers
- Total budget: $4.5M–$6.8M (reduced from $13M)
- 7 campus centers, phased over ~7 years
- 100% of phase funds secured before any groundbreaking
- Goal: 50%+ of operating costs covered by local revenue
